Shift Generations of Family Suffering
Family Constellations have the power to affect generations of suffering and unhappiness. Constellation work allows us to break these patterns so that we can all live healthier, happier, more fulfilling lives. We use EPT to achieve insight, healing and clarity so that a new life course can be set in motion. "Children seldom or never dare to live a happier more fulfilling life than their parents. Bert Hellinger, the founder of this work observed that many of us take on destructive family patterns such as anxiety, depression, anger, guilt, loneliness, substance abuse and illness as a way of "belonging" in our families. Bonded by a deep love, a child will often sacrifice his own best interest in an attempt to ease the suffering of the parent or another family member. Some of the insights that seem to be consistently revealed are that children stay loyal to their parents and often repeat the same patterns as they do and have difficulty achieving a more fulfilling life than their parents and will take on similar fates as others in the family.
