How long do appointments last?
Individual Adult EPT appointments are scheduled for sixty to ninety minutes.
Children's EPT appointments are scheduled for forty-five minutes.
Family constellations are scheduled for two hours.
Couples will need to complete Release::Renew package before beginning couples sessions.

How many appointments will I need?
Ninety-nine percent of clients feel hugh shifts + clarity for the first time in many years, just after one appointment and therefore look forward to rescheduling follow up appointments for continued wellness. The regularity of appointments depends on the clients individual path and healing to be done. I strive to honor each individual right where they are in their journey. My goal when working with a client is to work myself out of a job, not keep you dependent, but rather empower you with the tools and awareness necessary for you to move forward with confidence + clarity rather quickly. It is extremely beneficial to schedule the first three - four appointments within a four to six week time frame if possible.

Phone Appointments
This is a wonderful option for the long distance client who would like the benefit of our services. These sessions work beautifully over the phone....they are very freeing for the client and I personally adore these sessions. Prepare for your appointment by making sure you will not be disturbed during our time together, so you can receive the full benefit of our services. It would be great if you could be hands free, by using a speaker or headset. However, this is not required. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy the benefits of showing up and letting go of what no longer serves you.
Cancellations
Please allow 24 hours to cancel an existing appointment. This time has been reserved especially for you. If cancelled within the 24 hour window the normal fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding.
